Ron is a career Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. He graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor’s Degree and Queens College with a Master’s Degree. A few years after starting a personal training career, Ron decided he wanted to do more within health and wellness, so he studied Massage Therapy in 1992. Since then, he’s worked for several massage facilities in NYC and Long Island, most recently as a founding therapist for Life Spa in the Lifetime Health Club from 2015-2017.

Some of Ron’s massages are Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, and aroma therapy. Stretching can be incorporated into his massages. Ron prides himself on building and retaining clientele where he works to establish a professional relationship to make his clients feel better.

Maureen graduated from the Swedish institute 38 years ago. Her vast experience includes, but not limited to people with such conditions as scoliosis,post op joint replacements ,strains, sprains and those who require stress reduction and relaxation. Maureen’s skilled massage therapy intervention helps people with Cerebral Palsy and Spina bifida maximally attain their own independence and function. Maureen’s skills also extended 5 from the spa experience for 18 years. She has built a wonderful rapport with her clients and they followed her to us.

Denise Deangelo, LMT

Denise DeAngelo is a practicing Massage Therapist with 10 years’ experience. She received her license from New York College of Health Professional in May 2013.

Denise’s education and understanding of the human body in therapeutic massage allows her to assess and identify each individual person’s problem areas and the source of their pain. Whether pain is caused by an accident or from everyday overuse, using a combination of myofascial release, stretching, and/or cupping helps to reduce and relieve pain, tension, and increase mobility.

In addition to massage therapy, Denies also has five years of experience with manual lymph drainage massage which helps to gently remove painful swelling in limbs and under arms caused by breast cancer surgery, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and lymphedema. Lymph drainage massage is known to improve circulation and reduce leg swelling caused by various conditions including but not limited to cardiac, surgical, and diabetic issues.

Over Denise’s more than 10 years of practice she has had the privilege of helping people feel better and have had the pleasure of forming wonderful relationships with my many repeat clients. Through her caring and dedicated service, she has become a well-liked and respected practitioner in our practice.

Sharon graduated from NY College in 2001.Sharon has multifaceted experience working in the health care field treating patients with spinal injuries as well as providing amazing relaxation high-end spa treatments. She is proficient in improving her patients physical and emotional states, when dealing with conditions such as fibromyalgia, spina bifida, MS, and Parkinson’s. She loves being a massage therapist because she gets to make people feel good every day. Her greatest satisfaction comes from educating her patients on their path to wellness.

Darrell Crayton, LMT graduated from New York College for Holistic Education and Research in December 1998. He started his massage career after working in The Town of Hempstead for ten years. Darrell realized his calling after he suffered a work injury to his lower back resulting in a lumbar 4/5 disc herniation. He had multiple therapies, including epidural injections, but what helped him the most was massage therapy. His specialties include Egyptian Reflexology, Amma and medical massage.
