Larisa Madison is our Positive Psychology Specialist where she will work with you as your counselor/coach on an individual basis to get you from where you are to where you want to be in terms of alleviating and managing pain, enhancing overall wellbeing, and enjoying life to a greater degree. Larisa will help you create goals and action plans to get you to where you want to be both mentally and physically.
The science of Positive Psychology is heavily emphasized, where you will focus on the positives, engage in interventions, and experience shifts in your perspective, mindset, and attitude.
After each session, you will receive worksheets with several activities and questions to engage in during the week to continue practicing what you learned and talked about.

Larisa graduated in 2014 from Quinnipiac University with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship. Since then, she's obtained Master's degrees in Exercise Science, Nutrition, and Positive Psychology. She is a certified Health and Wellness Coach where she helps clients find the motivation and tools they need to achieve their physical, emotional, and mental health goals. She provides the drive and guidance clients need to improve their overall lives. Larisa is now on her way to becoming a licensed mental health counselor.
Larisa has created many wellness programs that have helped countless people live happier and healthier lives. Her passion for Positive Psychology has inspired the creation of her most successful program, BODITUDE that focuses on transforming clients into happier, more positive, and grateful people by applying Positive Psychology techniques, strategies, and approaches to daily life. Her passion, dedication, and commitment to making a positive impact on other people shines through in everything she does and everyone she works with.
