Exercise Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer
It was not until the summer of 2012 where Jonathan realized he had a passion for health and fitness. After changing his major from pre-med to exercise science, the path became very clear for him. In 2015, Jonathan graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. During his time at Hofstra, the majority of it was spent working as a physical therapy aide at Corso Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy where he gained a great deal of experience working with special populations in a clinical setting. As of 2016, he obtained his ACSM personal training certification with goals of becoming a certified exercise physiologist in the near future. Jonathan’s fervor and enthusiasm is one of his defining qualities as a young professional in the health and fitness world. He will continue on with his education in Physical Therapy school where he will study to become a licensed Physical Therapist. His philosophy is to “always keep moving” because movement is key to enhancing our physical health.
